We think of G'town as small, but eclectic & varied, too. The internet is so unprejudiced there's little sexism (ok, there is, but...), racism, etc., and the economic, social, educational disparities can disappear. An anonomous commmunity, perhaps?

We all love it here in Grahamstown and know that there's unrealized potential underlying its successes. The challenges that this Earth now faces challenge us all. Change is incremental... The unfolding is now.

Although the biggest changes needs to happen in the cities you guys that are fortunate enough to be in smaller communities have a much easier task as there is generally already a stronger sense of community.
Land for collectively growing of food is also more cheaply available.
