. . . I see you are a welcoming spirit Dawn, from me as well, thank you, was invited by a friend from Grahamstown, near where I used to run an eco self-sufficiency project - http://www.mulisa.co.za. About to look at the Seagull site, just looking through your photos and longing for home, the people, the feel, the soil, oh the red, dry soil. Things are tricky way up North here, but, my soul links back way down South. My network is arts4survival.ning.com - similar, if not exactly the same, themes. Greetings 2i!

Thanks for the welcome. Must still look into the groups. Have been wanting to start a local (Somerset-West) green drinks for yonks. Perhaps now's the time.

Thanks Dawn. I look forward to meeting you. In 1994 I wanted to write a multi company, multi currency, project based, accounting system and although I have written a number of accounting systems for clients and/or done accounting systems integration projects, I haven't got around to writing the accounting system. However, I still have the ideas and perhaps I can share them with you some time.

Having said all that, my interest now is mainly to get myself and others as much off-grid as possible with a dream of becoming carbon -ve, ie not using any of Earth's scarce resources and in fact leaving the world a better place in the best possible sense of the word.

My financial interest is in software development which is where I currently earn :)

My healing interest is in Reiki, Aromatherapy and Crystal healing. It'd be great to chat about this. Programming is about using our left, logical brain. Healing is about using our right, intuitive brain. Synergy between the two brains achieves great things.
